Tiffany Phovixay
Executive Director
Tiffany Phovixay is a passionate nonprofit leader with more than 25 years of experience serving children, families, and communities. Throughout her career, she has led teams, strengthened programs, built meaningful partnerships, and guided organizations through periods of growth and change. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Juris Doctor. Her education, combined with more than two decades of hands-on nonprofit leadership, has shaped her collaborative, compassionate, and service-oriented approach.
She believes in building strong relationships, empowering others, and creating opportunities that make a lasting difference. Her commitment to service is deeply rooted in her family’s legacy of resilience and giving back. Outside of her professional work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and enjoying the outdoors.
